Cancellation Policy

Please choose your appointment time mindfully. Where cancellation is unavoidable, please give 24 hours notice where possible. Less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment time may result in a 50% cancellation fee. Repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% deposit for following appointments.
